Welcome to Hope 4 Harmony!

     Bereaved parents and those grieving the loss of a loved one, my heart is with you. I too have walked in the dark valley of death. My precious son, Steve Harkins, left this earth on Easter Morning 2003 as the result of a tragic accident. It has been a difficult and life-altering journey with grief as I questioned everything I ever trusted and searched relentlessly for some element of meaning in life.
     It was through this questioning and searching that I found depth in the unconditional love of our Lord, placed my hope in Him and built my faith through a much deeper relationship with my Lord.
     Music has played a critical role for me when nothing else could. Many songs have helped me to express and feel love, acknowledge pain, embrace the loss, see glimmers of hope, and eventually find strength and healing. The Lord has repeatedly shown me that "He Still Knows My Name" and no matter where I am in life or how distant I may feel from Him, He is always right beside me and He will never forget me. More....
     Hope 4 Harmony is dedicated to share my personal journey with grief that it may help others find hope and healing. I pray that through this website and other resources you find hope and peace in your journey on earth.
